When my son has to work on the occassional week-end night that he has our grandson (7 y/o), our grandson stays with us. Our grandson does not like this and she has recently filed to have what she and our son call "first right of refusal". This will require our grandson to be returned to her on those nights my son has to work. They say this is a legal term within the Ohio Revised Code regarding custody matters but I can find nothinbg on it. We love our grandson very much and he loves us - in fact when we got our pool this summer he said "I can't believe I'm swimming in MY own back-yard". Any guidance would be greatly apprecaited regarding the Ohio law.
