There are three attorney rating categories. #1. AV, #2. BV, #3. CV. In essence, 'good/better/best'. Mr. Jones as you can see is in the lowest rating category of the three. Now...in all honesty and fairness...does that mean he is necessarily a 'bad' attorney? I suppose not...however...if it were 'me' doing the choosing, I certainly wouldn't go for one that is lowest rated in his field. And know 'who', does the rating? The Bar Association and, his own piers. Maybe not to anyone else but, that would give 'me' cause to stop and consider a different attorney.
