I feel your pain. But, NO DRUGS, get clean, and you should definately have a shot at at least joint custody, with perhaps physical custody, but I am no lawyer, and I too know how much they can put you deep in a hole financially. I am in Tx as well, and I was told once, that for a parent to move a child without notification is a felony? But, do not know that to be a fact. Good Luck! Get that boy!
