I want to gain full custody of my son. Our case is VERY strong - But there is a huge twist in the case. I began my suit for full custody because of the rampant abuse my son is experiencing at the hands of his mother. He is uncared for, unkempt, and regularly beaten. Sunday evenings when I take him back to her house he runs down the street begging me not to leave him there. He screams, “I hate you!” to his mother as I leave. She tells him to “shut his f***ing mouth and get in the house.” It is hard to tolerate. In preparation for our suit I ordered a DNA test to support MY claim for full custody. I also ordered a background investigation of the mother. I found she has a four page long "rap-sheet" with THREE felonies - one for pandering a minor. I found out today through DNA tests that I am NOT the biological father of my son. However, I have been the primary parent his entire life (4 1/2 years.) I cut the umbilical cord! The entire time his mother knew I was not the biological father - and told me this as I planned for the DNA tests. (I thought she was just being cruel.) She has fraudulently "extorted" ~$75k from me! Moreover she has lied to him about his father – building a relationship that seems near its end now. Help me avoid this. IS THERE ANY CASEWORK WHERE A NON-BIOLOGICAL FATHER HAS GAINED FULL CUSTODY? I need your help. If you know ANY supporting cases please let me know. I am destroyed emotionally. I just want that wonderful little kid to have a good, safe, productive life - even if he knows that I'm not his dad - but love him as if he was (IS) my son. chrishansen@bellsouth.net
