There is no way that we can PROVE she is showering with them.(We can't legally put a camera in their home.) She is only a few days from being five. We are getting some sort of court appointed person to talk to her. That person will give the judge their recommendation. We live in Georgia, which is a pretty conservative state. Also, there are laws in Georgia about unmarried people living together in meretricious relationships in front of children. I just hope we can get her. The whole shower incident was the two women taking one together. She went in the bathroom and found them. They told her to get in with them. She also sleeps with them a good bit. Not only that, but the mother is telling her degrading things about myself and my husband. No matter how I feel about his ex and her machinations, I will NEVER say anything negative to her about her mother. I know that would only cause hurt for the child. I truely hope we get custody. The court date is supposed to be set any day now.
