I have 2 daughters, 11 & 7. Both have been through alot of mental and 1 has had physical abuse. In our original divorce, it said if either child did not want to visit their father, they did not have to. Now he is wanting to go to the new Indiana Guidelines, and it says a child is not able to make that choice on their own. They have both been in counsiling twice, and the judge will still not listen. He insists that they have to go no matter what. Any suggestions on what I can do? or any cases where the guidelines were not appropriate in a similar situation?
